Steinway & Sons Model R Upright
A rare 88-note example of the largest upright piano (the “Upright Grand”) made by Steinway & Sons in the 20th Century.
In fine restored condition, with new hammers, dampers, reconditioned action and keyboard.
The case is a beautifully polished Rosewood with marquetry detailing in the top door.
The tone is rich and warm with incredible depth in the bass.
